Caroline Braibant

Caroline joined ECVM and VinylPlus in March 2025 as Senior Manager, External Affairs. She is a Biotechnology Engineer (Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica) by background and holds a postgraduate in Human Ecology (VUB, Belgium) and Master in Environmental Sciences and Management (UCL, Belgium). Before joining ECVM and VinylPlus, she worked as consultant for the PVC and tyre industries, and as Secretary-General and Head of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at several metals associations including Eurometaux, the European Precious Metals Federation, the International Antimony Association and the Cobalt Institute. Her professional experience includes managing associations, large projects and bringing together scientific and technical evidence into robust advocacy strategies and outreach.
